Finally!

Yes! Yes!  We finally have a confirmed date for Doctor Who!

Needless to say, I know what I'll be doing on Saturday 23th June, 7.30pm.

Thoughts.

I debated with myself about putting this under a cut. Not because it's anything particularly personal or distressing (I hope...), but because the cut means it can be safely ignored when people want to read more interesting posts. But then again, would curiousity prompt readers to click on the link anyway? And would they then be disappointed that there wasn't anything world-shattering under the cut?

... I think it might just be possible to get sunburnt in winter, because I'm feeling sick and hot and like my brain is kinda thick and fluffy. It was the most beautiful day today, I didn't even mind waiting for the train for about twenty minutes more than I expected to. It was lovely.

Well, alright not so much a review as more Doctor squeeage, but eh.

I liked the plot better than Tooth and Claw, but I didn't really get the whole paradigm thingy. Maybe we humans haven't stumbled upon it yet, but I'm not sure if a paradigm like that could exist, or if it would be accepted as a scientific theory. I liked Anthony Stewart Head (who was having tremendous fun being the evil principal). I liked the tension between Rose and Sarah Jane, but from reading whofic I already see Doctor/Rose as not a given.

I think Mickey will be an interesting addition, and evil 18th-century robot things look good for next episode.

And to save the squeeage for last... Doctor. Teaching physics. With glasses. *bliss* Doubtful if I'd learn any physics if he was my teacher (I might learn other things), but there's always Krillitane oil. Which I want. And if ever a barrel of the stuff was found, I don't doubt that whoever found it could make a fortune on the IB black market.

Yes, the IB black market does exist. As of now.

*wants next episode already*

Iconage!

Having just watched Tooth and Claw (the Doctor Who episode from last week)...hmm. It wasn't my favourite episode, but I like it for the connections it makes to other eps.

(ZOMG David Tennant with a scottish accent squee!)

Ahem. IN other news, another icon! This one is made by [livejournal.com profile] cedara in response to [livejournal.com profile] drakyndra's The Doctor Is Like Chocolate Theory. Mmm, doctor, chocolate.

Anyhow, I think I'll be going sleepybyes soon. A life without english orals awaits (read, a life with maths exercises and geography fieldwork and french verb tenses).

Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow... the Doctor's back again!

We-ell.

Yeah... posting... again.

I have so many things to talk about, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to type them all before bro takes the computer back in approximately... fourteen minutes. So this'll be manic. Panicked, even. (Why is panicked spelt with a k? I suppose paniced doesn't look right.)

And on that note... I conclude. I'll see all of you in another five weeks or so. :P
English exam = evil and completely fudged, in retrospect

Art "exam" = pointless evil

Maths exam paper one = evil

Maths exam paper two = slightly less evil

Geography exams 1 and 2 = meh evil

French exam one = ergh. evil

French exam two = evil in a fun way as I got to write about a green alien with four legs whose ship runs on carrots. And I pulled it off. In French. *dances* (Yes, I had way too much fun with that exam. Not sure what Madame H will think of it.)

Physics exam (tomorrow) = utter end of the universe as we know it evil

Cedric Diggory is Very, Very Gay = much love and snerkage

ALL of [livejournal.com profile] misscam's Doctor Who fics = love love lovity lovity LOVE. MORE!
