Things that I don't write for but love nevertheless: Blackadder, Black Books, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Hobbit, Discworld, Good Omens, Abarat, Robin Hobb, A Song Of Ice And Fire, the Otherland series, Douglas Adams, Star Wars (original trilogy), Star Trek: TOS, Galaxy Quest, Greek and Roman mythology.


In what by general consensus is known as 'The Real World': El is a twenty-year-old uni student obsessed with geology, archaeology, and physics. She has a brother and two parental units (divorced) who love her although she regularly occasionally drives them to distraction. She is the human slave of one Tuxedo Cat, and is occasionally tolerated by Tinhat Cat. Word to the wary: do not let her start talking about rocks; you will never hear the end of it. She is generally happy and mostly harmless.



In Fandom: She likes minor characters and often-ignored scraps of canon, but her muses have no discipline whatsoever and send her off on tangents whenever she listens to them. Currently she writes mostly about The Silmarillion, but she reads fic for various other fandoms. She also writes PPC missions and msts. Don't know what the PPC is? Read all about it.


(If none of that satisfied your burning curiousity about me, then the best thing is to come and talk to me - you're here for the journal, of course, not the info page. I have a pretty relaxed attitude towards friending, but if you do friend me, would you comment and introduce yourself please? I get a little suspicious when somebody friends me for no apparent reason at all.)
