Yeah... posting... again.
I have so many things to talk about, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to type them all before bro takes the computer back in approximately... fourteen minutes. So this'll be manic. Panicked, even. (Why is panicked spelt with a k? I suppose paniced doesn't look right.)
And on that note... I conclude. I'll see all of you in another five weeks or so. :P

So... school. Again. Well. Wow.
I had a rather drastic case of back to school jetlag. Actually, I liken it to sea legs, except it's my school brain. I finally, finally finished my extended essay, which is done and gone and now I'm rather sad. I miss it. But at least that's one less teacher I have to hide from.
Geography fieldwork, on the other hand... I won't discuss that. It's a nasty thing, and geog itself is a bludge. Hmph.
Physics has VASTLY improved with our old/new teacher. (He's my old teacher, in a way. Taught me maths in Year 7... I don't remember failing maths that year, either. I almost wishthe she-devil our old physics teacher would come back so she could see how much better we're doing without her. That sounds horrible, but so was she. SHE GRINNED ALL THE TIME. It was the grin of doom. But I feel sorry for the students in India who now have to put up with her.
And maths... much as I like our maths classes, they've turned into joke-telling sessions and writing raps on the board sessions, rather than actual maths. Y'know. This rather worries me. I can't do nothing on a subject if I haven't done any work on it for about a term. And I know that's very bad of me (hell, the whole holidays was me being bad. I did fuck all for school work. Serious fuck all. Absolutely nothing.) But a less disruptive class would help so much.
And moving on... TOK essays? I hope nobody stresses about them, because the marking is totally screwed. My draft got a B - it was only 700 words! Tok is on crack. But the surveys were very... entertaining.

In other news... we got the Tenth Doctor series! Finally! *squees*
I'll admit rather sheepishly that I've watched the Christmas Invasions three times and New World one-and-a-half. I must say that I like what I see. Anything that gets David Tennant in a suit, in a shower, dripping wet can only be a good thing. I think he's very manic, but I love his style of Doctor. I liked Ecclestone as well, but I haven't seen any of the Nine series since it finished and it's all a bit blurry. Much as I'd like more Nine, Ten is an amazing doctor. He works for me.
Strange to actually watch the new series, considering that I knew some of the plots from reading fic. It was odd having spoilers that weren't spoilers. I have been avoiding discussions about Domesday and after, so no spoilers please. But I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Werewolves and Scotland and creepy horror castles and the Doctor are a good combination. (And if a movie of the Marauders is ever made, David Tennant would be wonderful as a young Remus Lupin, being able to do the pale twitchy cool thing, imho.)
