Art! Aaaaaaaaart!

elvenpirateladyI have been sketching our fruitbowl! Pics are under the cut because they're quite large.
At this rate, I might even start doing fanart again one day...
This was my first sketch, and while I love the taste and the smell and the feel and the texture of mangos, they're rather hard to draw. Still, I think the shape is right.
They may look like tomatos because there is no texture, but these are mandarins. I think this is my favourite out of the sketches. The shading and the shapes are rough but correct.
Pears! Once again, the shading isn't too crash hot, but the shape is right, and I like the stalk.
And, because I've been looking at Ursulav's deviantart page and I'm weird like that, I present:
Pears are evil, dammit, and that's why we need to eat them. Maybe it's the shape, or the stalk, but there's something quite malevolent about them. Particularly in groups. There are three in the fruitbowl right now, and I'm sure they're plotting to burn down the house or something. :D
