Is it possible to get sunburnt in winter?

... I think it might just be possible to get sunburnt in winter, because I'm feeling sick and hot and like my brain is kinda thick and fluffy. It was the most beautiful day today, I didn't even mind waiting for the train for about twenty minutes more than I expected to. It was lovely.

( Is it just me, or does 'vermicelli' not sound like a Thai word at all? )
