Thanks for the warning about the amount the recipe makes, not that it's likely to be a problem in our house with my chocoholic hubby! I'll probably leave out the cayenne pepper but use the amount of black pepper that it calls for. I've been wanting to try something like this for a while now since reading about the Mayans (I think it was the Mayans???) using pepper in their chocolate.
