The only thing I have read of it was that it was supposed to be Legolas and was in a book which came with an LOTR game, but I first found it about 6-7 years ago, and there was no other information. I use it to represent Thranduil rather than Legolas, though.

It's from the first episode of the tv show Firefly. The episode is called Serenity, which gets confusing with the movie and the comic being called Serenity as well. The guy is one Hoban 'Wash' Washburn, the pilot and a complete nerd. XD
